Every booking includes exclusive use of the full property. The outdoor gathering spaces, swimming pond, parking area, and the on-site home are all yours. No shared spaces and no other groups on site from arrival to departure.

The detailsCapacity & Logistics
Brown Park Ranch can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for outdoor events and gatherings. The property is a bring-your-own-vendors space. No locked-in packages, no required vendors. Bring your own caterer, florist, rental company, and photographer to build the event you actually want.
For events over micro-gathering size, clients are required to arrange portable restroom facilities. Our preferred vendors list includes a trusted local rental company that can help coordinate this. Hourly venue rentals are available Monday through Sunday. Setup and breakdown time should be factored into your rental block.
