Smith Rock State Park

One of Oregon's most iconic destinations. World class rock climbing, hiking trails with breathtaking views, and the winding Crooked River below. A must visit for any outdoor enthusiast in Central Oregon.

Tumalo Falls

A stunning 97 foot waterfall just a short drive from the ranch. The trail winds through beautiful pine forest and is worth the trip any time of year. One of the most photographed spots in the region.

Float the Deschutes River

A Bend summer tradition. Grab a tube and float the Deschutes River through downtown Bend for a relaxed afternoon on the water. A favorite for groups of all ages visiting Central Oregon.

Downtown Bend

Local boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, and one of the best craft brewery scenes in the Pacific Northwest. Downtown Bend is vibrant, walkable, and easy to spend a full day exploring.

Mount Bachelor

World class skiing and snowboarding in the winter and scenic chair rides in the summer. One of the top ski resorts in the Pacific Northwest and just a short drive from the ranch.

Sisters Oregon

A charming western style downtown just 15 minutes from the ranch. Local shops, art galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants with easy access to lakes, hiking trails, and stunning mountain views.

Suttle Lake and Clear Lake

Two of Central Oregon's most beautiful lakes just outside of Sisters. Perfect for kayaking, fishing, swimming, and taking in the scenery. A peaceful half day trip for any group staying at the ranch.

Redmond and the Dry Canyon Trail

Twenty minutes from the ranch, Redmond offers a growing food and brewery scene alongside the scenic Dry Canyon Trail, a unique geological feature winding through the heart of the city.

Cycling and Hiking Trails

Central Oregon is a world class destination for cyclists and hikers with hundreds of miles of trails through high desert, pine forest, and volcanic terrain. Ask us for recommendations based on your group's interests.

Pets

Dogs are welcome. Please clean up after your pet and keep them off the furniture. Assistance animals are always allowed.

Events

The vacation rental is a private residence. Any events or gatherings beyond your registered guest group require prior approval. Please reach out before booking if you are planning an event on the property.

Noise

Please be respectful of the surrounding area and keep noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 PM.

Smoking

No smoking inside the home. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available on the property.

Security Cameras

There are 2 exterior security cameras located on the front patio for the safety and security of the property. No cameras are located inside the home.

Maximum Occupancy

The home sleeps a maximum of 14 guests. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.

Cancellation Policy

Vacation Rental

Cancellations made 30 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before arrival receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for early departures, no-shows, weather conditions, road closures, smoke, personal emergencies, or changes in travel plans.

Events & Retreats

The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable 30 days after booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.

Brown Park Ranch is just minutes from downtown Bend. The property is easy to find and free parking is available on site for all guests and event attendees. No street parking required.

  • From Downtown Bend
    Approximately 10 minutes northwest via Highway 20.

  • From Sisters
    Approximately 15 minutes east via Highway 20.

  • From Redmond
    Approximately 20 minutes southwest via Highway 97.

  • From Portland
    Approximately 3 hours southeast via Highway 26 or Highway 20.
